During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the warmth and coziness of the rooms. The central location was a plus, we could walk to most attractions and restaurants. We also found the laundry service affordable and convenient.

The staff's unfriendliness ruined our experience. The breakfast was poor and tasteless, and the WiFi was not accessible without a Russian phone number.
